New European Union Laws (The F Gas Regulations & Legislation) require companies and other organizations with Air Conditioning or Refrigeration plant to have a rigorous regime of equipment care. Companies must have equipment containing refrigerants regularly maintained. All relevant plant must be clearly labeled and comprehensive records kept. Records must be available for inspection by enforcement officers.
This whole issue of climate change and working towards the Government?s zero emissions targets is too important not to be taken seriously.
